• A Railway concession form is attached at the end of the calendar. Parents are requested to state in writing the age of the child and particulars of the journey.
• According to the instruction received from the Railway Board the school is expected to fill in the particulars on the forms, hence, these may be handed to the parents only 2 or 3 days after the application has been made.
• Parents are requested to foresee their journey and apply for the concession forms well in advance. Last minute applications will not be accepted.
• Railways concession forms will be issued only to those students travelling to their place of birth after the official closing date of the school.
