ENGLISH ELOCUTION ( I - V )

The Primary School conducted the English Elocution Competition for Classes 1 to 5 on 19th September, 23. This is done annually, in an attempt to promote English speaking skills, in terms of pronunciation, delivery, and voice modulation, and to develop English in its spoken form. This year too, all the classes participated with full enthusiasm.The poems selected were varied and very enjoyable.
On completion of the last class, the judges were invited on stage to speak a few words of advice for improvement and of encouragement. The young orators had won the hearts of the judges, who were overwhelmed by their oratory skills and preparation. This was followed by the announcing of the winners, amidst thunderous applauding. The confidence, expression and talent of the young ones made the event truly memorable..
