GANDHI JAYANTI ASSEMBLY (2ND OCTOBER 2023)
On October 2, 2023, a special Gandhi Jayanti assembly was conducted by the enthusiastic students of class IX. This assembly served as a heartfelt tribute to two visionaries, Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri.
The assembly commenced with lighting of the lamp by our Principal, Rev. Sr. Leena.
The students skillfully enacted and brought to life various anecdotes from the inspiring journeys of these iconic figures, leaving a lasting impact on the entire audience.
The participants poured their passion and dedication into paying homage to these luminaries through their energetic dance performances and soulful choir renditions of patriotic songs, which resonated with everyone present.
Following the assembly, a poetic tribute titled ‘Poem Fest: A Tribute to Bapu’ took place. Students from classes 6 to 11 showcased their creativity by reciting self-composed, thought-provoking poems that celebrated the virtues of Gandhi ji and Shastri ji.
The memorable and educational celebration reached its conclusion with a Prize Distribution Ceremony, sponsored by the Rotary Club, Agra West.
