Techeon 2024: Fueling Passion for Programming
St. Patrick’s Junior College hosted Techeon 2024, a code marathon designed to ignite a passion for programming among students from grades 6 to 12. Participants showcased their
skills through activities like Block Innovators, Code to Canvas,
The Code Ninjas, and Cinematic Clash.
Class 6th students used Scratch, while Class 7th focused on HTML and CSS. Class 8th and 9th utilized Canva, and students from Classes 10 to 12 showcased their talents in HTML,
JavaScript, Java, CSS, and Python. Many created games, websites, and software applications.
Projects were evaluated based on creativity, execution, and presentation, inspiring students to apply their programming knowledge in innovative ways.
